I'm very picky about my sushi, and this place is fantastic.  I haven't been here for lunch, but I highly recommend dinners here.  Like the others have said, the atmosphere is awesome, service is great, parking is easy, and prices are very reasonable, not like the other sushi places in Del Mar.  I love sake, and shrimp tempura or eel, and you can't go wrong with any of the basic or specialty rolls. Taka was the sushi chef at the sushi bar, and he's great.  I overheard two guys sitting next to us thank him one dish after another for his recommendations.  They were just letting him order for them.  And Alex, our server, was extremely nice and attentive. Yay for great sushi!!

Excellent! I went there recently with some friends and the sushi and atmosphere were awesome! I totally dig the interior decoration too. Nice and fancy! Sitting at either bars or tables is wondeful. All of the rolls i've tried are excellent! If you work in Sorrento Valley or Del Mar you should hit this place up for lunch!
